Sandwich thins+spaghetti sauce+cheese=Perfect kids pizza.
New lunch favorite. I know I'm not the first person to think of this but I seriously think it's the best idea and I don't know why it took me so long to figure it out!(don't laugh at me if you've been doing this for years, I'm slow, I know) Super easy and my kids do it all(basically) while I supervise. You just throw it in the oven on broil for a few minutes, until the cheese is melted and DONE! I even like it. Today was our first time trying it out so I didn't try anything creative with it but I think next time I'll sneak something in there to healthen(not a word, I know) them up a little. I love easy meals. Now my kids can alternate this with their usual peanut butter and honey sandwiches:)
{So I guess I've decided to continue blogging. For now anyway. I wish I had something a little more exciting to make a comeback with, but whatever:) }

they look fantastic!! glad you're blogging still. Do you like getting comments? Whenever I get more comments than normal, that always motivates me to keep blogging; I don't know why. I guess it's nice to have some feedback on my own thoughts. I wonder if it's the same for you? I've considered taking my comments off just cause I hate like them. ha ha! I'm weird.. regardless, I'm glad you blogged the pizzas.. I'll have to try them out. I wonder if Mont will eat them..
I only discovered mini pizzas a while back too so no judging here! We used english muffins and they were tasty.
